Just read the quarterly newsletter from the Arizona Department of Real Estate. There are 86,448 licensed Realtors in Arizona as of 3.1.13. Probably half or less do the job full time. The non full time ones are dangerous with just enough knowledge to start a transaction but not enough to do it well - in my opinion.
