is back on the market. Priced at $410K, I was in this home 2.15.07 and it
has a balcony off the master bedroom looking west so great views. Tub

home was on the market for sale 4 times with prices ranging from $709K

spectacular. 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths and a 2 car garage with 3800 sq ft.

The bank owned Strada model at 22325 N. 39th Run is now in pending status.
4 bedroom, 2.5 bath with a 2 car garage. Last priced at $399,900.
Great flooring on the first floor and part of the landing on the second.

The short sale Brezza at 22313 N. 39th Run is also under contract again.
Priced at $410K it has the most distinctive wood floors I have seen in
Aviano. Brezza models have 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths with a 2 car garage.

The normal sale Blanca at 22124 N. 36th Way is under contract after 23
days on market. Priced at $675K it has the bonus room over the garage
so 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths with a 3 car tandem garage and pool. Great lot
orientation as it backs to the wash separating 36th Way from 36th Street.
It is also great to see homes at this price point under contract.
All fingers crossed they get it done.
