The Tarragona model at 3841 E. Patrick is for lease for $2500 a month and now is pending so it has a contract. Tarragona models have large and spacious kitchen areas. One of Toll Brothers better single level floorplans.

The short sale Blanca listing at 3814 E. Herrera Dr was cancelled yesterday. The trustee sale date was 2.2 so it either went to the bank or was picked up by investors. Time will tell. New on the market 3.7.09 at $895K, the price was changed to $450K in 7.15.09, under contract 8.3.09, then listed as closed on 9.2.09, then back on the market 12.14.10.
