Speaking of walking, I would walk briskly over to 22209 N. 36th Way and check out this Borrego short sale. Great upgrades and includes 2 bonus room areas bringing the total sq ft close to 4000. The Brezza ahort sale at 3984 E. Hummingbird Ln that dropped price to $399,900 recently is now under contract. This home has been on the market for 157 days and was originally priced at $465K. Lots of trees and a serious amount of trellis/overhead shade lattice work in the backyard over the pool and BBQ station. 4 bedrooms, 3 baths with a pool and 2 car garage. 3364 sq ft.

The bank owned Velez at 3965 E. Hummingbird Ln is now pending. They had 7 offers and the bank countered all back for highest and best. Priced at $380K, it will be interesting to see where the final offer comes in. Many times when this scenario happens, the final price is above market value due to people becoming emotionally attached to a home.

The investor Velez at 3991 E. Morning Dove Trail is now in pending status. Priced at $465K I hope it comes in close to that number which will help all comps in Aviano. They really did some nice work on the flooring and kitchen counters when they redid this home prior to putting it back
on the market.
