pending. They had 7 offers and the bank countered all
back for highest and best. Priced at $380K, it will be
interesting to see where the final offer comes in.
Many times when this scenario happens, the final price
is above market value due to people becoming emotionally
attached to a home.

in pending status. Priced at $465K I hope it comes in
close to that number which will help all comps in Aviano.
