And the Mirasol at 3801 E. Patrick Ln is now pending after being priced at $410K. On 2.15.07 the upgrades were gas cooktop, slab granite counters in kitchen, nice westward looking balcony off master and jetted tub. Under contract after 5 days on market. Both of these homes were offered by banks and they moved them quickly. This will be a serious competitive advantage for bank owned homes over short sales until the short sale process is improved.
