In the early days of Aviano I would pop into the sales center, now our Community Center, and grab the latest price sheets. Each Collection had a grouping of drawers with marketing material and information on each model in that Collection. Being a frequent remover of marketing materials earned me the stinky eye from the sales staff on a number of occasions. Well worth it to have this small glimpse into what was a breathtaking market run-up the likes we may never see again. This was happening at every new home sales center in the Valley.
